ARRA Engineers and Surveyors provide solutions in road design, pavement, stormwater, sewerage system, earthworks, land survey, engineering survey, construction supervision, project management including design and construction management. 

Quality Assurance (QA)

ARRA is aware of the challenges faced by Timor-Leste’s government, authorities, organisations, institutions and businesses with regard to Quality of work in general. It is our commitment and one of our priorities to ensure works are delivered with Quality through detail reviews of design at multiple stages (e.g concept, detailed, tender/IFT and construction/IFC) as well as conducting regular inspections and communications with the Client and all relevant stakeholders for all works carried out at Construction stage. 

Compliance

In addition to QA, ARRA prioritises Compliance in delivering our works to ensure quality and longevity of the final product resulting in mitigation of operation and maintenance costs.

Safety

Safety is non-negotiable at ARRA. A Safety in Design (SiD) will be produced for all design projects. The risk assessment is regularly updated at all design stages (ie. concept, detailed, IFT and IFC). It is also obligatory for Engineers and Surveyors to complete a Job Safety and Environmental Assessment (JSEA) prior to undertaking any tasks on site. This applies to any staff undertaking any activities at construction sites such as site visits, inspections or supervisions.
